These Terms govern your use of the Wavefront platform. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Wavefront is operated by Wavefront AI LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company ("Wavefront," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide an AI-powered vacation rental property management platform that automates guest communications, coordinates cleaning turnover, and helps property owners manage their short-term rental business.
To use Wavefront, you must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter a binding contract. When you sign up, you provide accurate information and keep it current.
You're responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@wavefront.ai.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.

The AI assistant provides general responses based on property details you configure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses, and you remain responsible for ensuring your guests receive correct information about your property.

Wavefront offers the following paid subscription tiers. All prices are in USD, billed monthly.

Subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date unless cancelled. Payments are processed securely. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
If a payment fails, we'll attempt to charge again. Persistent failures may result in service suspension until payment is resolved.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Notice will be sent to your account email.
We may offer a free trial period at our discretion. Trial terms, duration, and eligibility are specified at signup. After the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access through the period you've paid for.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.
All property data, guest messages, photos, and content you upload to Wavefront belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your content.
You grant Wavefront a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the service. We will not sell your content to third parties or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.
You can export your data or request deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Wavefront, its software, design, AI systems, and branding are owned by Wavefront AI LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary systems beyond what's necessary to use the service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAVEFRONT AI LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or complete. Use of the service is at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Honolulu, Hawaii, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Wavefront. Claims must be brought individually.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through arbitration, courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
